At least Bachelors in Engineering or Medicine or post-graduation degree in procurement, law, economics or equivalent.

Selection of Procurement Consultant.

• At least total 10 (Ten) years’ experience in carrying out public procurement with primary responsibilities or as procurement consultant.

• Of which at least 07 (Seven) years’ experience in procurement process, including procurement planning, preparation of bidding/contract documents, bid/proposal evaluation, contract award and implementation monitoring, of internationally competitive procurement of goods, works and consultant services.

• Analytical capability in identifying and resolving complex procurement issues.

• Strong coordination and communications skills in presenting, discussing and resolving difficult issues.

• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

• Excellent computer skills.

• Excellent English writing and speaking ability.

• Experience in health sector will be prefered

The Procurement Consultant will be selected following the Selection of Individual Consultants as set forth in the Public Procurement Act, 2006 and the Public Procurement Rules, 2025.  In accordance with PPR 2025, Schedule 9, Part-Ka, Clause 5(b), applicants who are currently employed must submit their application through proper channel, or consent from a superior officer or provide a Declaration of Non-Employment; otherwise, their application shall not be considered for appointment.
