Eligibility of Tenderer :	This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to all eligible tenderer registered in e-gp system meeting the following criteria 1) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (five) years of General experience. 2) The tenderer shall have specific experience in successful completion of electrical/electromechanical Work of not less than Tk= 16.00 lac in a single agreement within the last 5 (five) years from date of IFT. 3) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 16.00 lac (Sixteen Lac). In case of Line of Credit, certificates must be unconditional and specified for this work only submitted in the prescribed Form of BPPA from any scheduled bank. 4) The Tenderer must submit: Up-to-date valid Trade License, Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate, Valid TIN & VAT registration Certificate and Up-to-date valid ABC/BC Contractor & Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board. 5) The Tenderer must submit Manufacturer Authorisation letter from Manufacturer/ Authorised distributor in the prescribed format, 6) If Manufacturer Authorisation letter is submitted from Authorised distributor, then must submit certifications of proof for the authorised distributor. 7)The Tenderer shall submit catalog with authorised seal and sign of all proposed items 8)The Tenderer must submit supply capacity and warranty certificate of proposed all items 9) All other terms and conditions are mentioned in TDS & PCC of this tender
