1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer as Prime Contractor, Subcontractor, or Management Contractor in the construction or dredging works shall be 5 (Five) years. 2. The Tenderer(s) should have own 01 (One) nos minimum 18 " inches dia cutter suction dredger (s) in good condition and free Dredger. Tenderer(s) should also submit Registration, Up-to-date survey certificate of their dredgers and other ancillary craft .
3. The Tenderer(s) should have own/hire 01 nos. Long Boom Excavator. 4. The Tenderer (s) should submit Certificate/Authentic document mentioning the Dredger's suction diametre. 5. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in the dredging works under public sector of at least 1 contract(s) of similar nature, successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1.30 Crore. 6. The minimum required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 3.00 Crore over the last 05 Financial years. 7. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 0.80 Crore.
8. The tenderer should have to submit a detail information in tabular form regarding already deployed , commitement on deployment and free dredger with cutter dia.
9. The Tenderer (s) must have Up-To-date Trade License; TIN Certificate & tax clearance certificate or acknowledgment receipt of tax return; VAT Registration Certificate etc. 10. And other conditions stated in STD.
Dredging work by cutter suction dredger/excavator including dredging related works for maintaining navigability of Sulemanpur to Durgapur River route in the river Baulai for the year 2026-27 ( Lot-02).
