1. All the tenderer must follow the PPR-2025 rules & regulation;
   b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded;
   (I) Up-to-date Valid Trade License / e- trade License with clearance with clearance up to July  2026;
   (II) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate with Acknowledgement  Slip that proof the taxation clearance(2025-2026/2026-2027);
   (III) Up to date e-BIN (Vat) registration certificate with clearance up to July  2026;
   (IV) The specific experience as supplier in supply of similar nature goods of minimum 23 Lakh BDT under 01 (One) contracts successfully completed  the last 5 years in the Government/ Semi- Government/Autonomous organizations.

(V). The required average annual work turnover i.e. total certified payments received for contracts in progress of completed from respective procuring entity shall be greater than Tk. 23.00 lakh BDT over the last 5 years [ 2021-22,2022-2023,2023-2024,2024-2025,2025-2026]

(VI). The Tenderer must submit last 3 year (up to fiscal year 2024-2025) Audit Report with the Tender.
(VII). The minimum amount of liquid assets of working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be tk.  23 lakh BDT (This will be given by the proper format) . The issue date of documents should be after the publication date of IFT in e-GP portal.

(VIII) Press declaration certificate of the concern press, Office Electricity Bill Paid Receipt (Up-to-date), House rent receipt (Up-to-date), Machineries Descriptions, Working facilities which associated with office premises.

(IX) The Tenderers must be enlisted of BG Press as well as relevant upto date documents must be submitted in the e-Gp system (Not Before 2020).
