Eligibility of Tenderer/Consultant : *

Tenderer have to have the following things-

1. Updated Trade License.
2. Income Tax Payment Certificate/Acknowledgement.
3. VAT Payment Certificate.
4. Bank Solvency Certificate of the Organization.
5. Certificate of relevant work experience.
6. Copy of National Identity Card.
7. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years.
8. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 1 contract(s) of repair work successfully completed within the last 3 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 10000000.00
9. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 5000000.00 over the last 3 financial years.
10. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 4500000.00
11. The minimum capacity shall be: 5000000.00
12. Other eligibility mentioned in TDS and PCC.
