Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be 03 (three) years; counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. Tenderer must have Specific experience as Supplier in supply of Similar Goods of at least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, with a value of at least USD 50,000/- (USD Fifty Thousand) only or equivalent [considering currency conversion as per exchange rate on the date of completion of supply]; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be USD 60,000.00 (USD Sixty Thousand) only or equivalent; [considering currency conversion as per exchange rate on the day of Tender Submission]. Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract, shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes and social security contributions under the provisions of laws and regulations of the country of its origin and shall not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Clause 71 of Public Procurement Rules, 2025. The required information regarding claims under litigation shall be current or during the last 03 (three) years.
