Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. Updated copy of valid trade license, income tax & E-tin certificate, vat registration certificate, current bank certificate of financial solvency. 2 . The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 9 lac. According to PPA 2006 and PPR 2025. 3. A certificate of ownership of the company. 4. Citizenship certificate & national identity card copy 5. Similar work experience at least 01 years & Over all work experience at least 05 years. 6. The supplier must have its own auto mill and must submit a certificate to that effect. 7. Every contractor shall send wheat grinding sample to the Office of the Superintendent of Police, Pirojpur. 8. If any variation in quality occurs during distribution within the force after receipt of the supplied goods, it shall be returned to the contractor. The contractor shall be obliged to modify the said goods as per the sample at his own cost. 9. The goods shall be supplied within the time specified in the work order.
