1. The tenderer must submit an Authorization letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)/Manufacturer’s Subsidiary company/Direct channel partner of Manufacturer/ Authorized Distributor/Trading House of Manufacturer for offered items along with the tender documents, 2. The tenderer must submit a confirmation certificate from the Manufacturer confirming that the offered items must meet the design specification and are new, unused, in good condition and will fit the existing system without any modification at the time of material delivery. 3. Manufacturer’s name, model no., Brand name and country of origin / Manufacturing Country must be clearly mentioned in the offer. 4. Preferred Brand: Rosemount or Equivalent. Equivalent Brands are acceptable only if supported by at least 2 (two) End User Certificates, confirming direct, modification-free replacement in similar existing ammonia process plants, Highly Corrosive chemical plants or fertilizer factories, demonstrating identical Vortex Flow Meter performance and a minimum of 2 (two) years of satisfactory operation along with the offer. Buyer reserves the right to check and verify the End User Certificate. Purchase order are not treated as End User Certificate. 5. Country of Origin (COO) Certificate must be submitted along with goods for all items. 6. Model/Brand/ Manufacturing Country must be marked on the body/Name Plate of goods as per standard. 7. Necessary Catalogue must be supplied with the offer in English language. 8. Manufacturer’s relevant up to dated ISO certificate must be submitted along with the offer for Equivalent Brands. 9. Manufacturer test certificate (if any), Calibration Report & Instruction/Operation Maintenance manual must be supplied along with goods. 10. One year warranty after confirmation of quality certificate from GPFPLC.
