1. The bidder must supply the items along with a one-year warranty/guarantee certificate. 2. The bidder must submit a catalogue of each item along with the technical offer. 3. The bidder must submit an authorization certificate from the manufacturer/ an authorized distributor of the manufacturer/ authorized channel partner of the manufacturer. If the authorization certificate is not issued directly by the manufacturer, supporting documentation linking the authorizing entity to the manufacturer is required. 4. The bidder shall provide, at the time of material delivery, a manufacturing confirmation certificate or chalan copy issued by the same entity that issued the submitted authorization letter. The GPFPLC authority reserves the right to verify the authenticity of these documents if necessary.
