1) Only Local Manufacturers, who have Industrial License of producing uPVC materials and have minimum 5(Five) years general experience in the supply of same goods and related services will be eligible for this tender. 2) The minimum supply value of 250 mm or above nominal diameter uPVC pipes and fittings is Tk. 310.00 Lakh (Three Hundred Ten lakh) under a single contract in the last 3 (three) years. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive grade. The certificate must contain the name of the officer, address, telephone number and email address. 3) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 350.00 Lakh (Three hundred fifty). 4) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: 180000 rm/year. 5) ISO 9001:2015 Certificate in favor of the manufacturer of goods is required. 6) The Tenderer must have the up-to-date trade license, income tax and VAT registration certificate. 7) The Tenderer must have all the required papers and documents to proof their eligibility as per tender documents (including Technical specifications and Special terms and conditions). 8) A satisfactory test report from BUET or any authorized institution of 250mm or above nominal diameter of uPVC pipes and fittings previously supplied to BADC, BMDA or similar institutions/organizations must be uploaded. 9) A sample of uPVC pipe (1 m length) should be supplied to Executive Engineer, BADC, Kishoreganj/Netrakona Region or Assistant Engineer, BADC, Kuliarchar Zone and the received copy of the submission of the sample must be uploaded. 10) Tenderer who supplied goods in any office of BADC and did not correct the defects in time within the defects liability period are not eligible to participate the tender. 11) Any fraudulent practice will liable to debarment of the tenderer.
