1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 10 (ten) years. 2. Specific supply of water flow meter completed under one single contract will be minimum 1000 Nos. over a period of last 7 (Seven) years in Government/ Semi-government organization. 3. A satisfactory completion of Similar works at least BDT 8 (Eight) million under one single contract over a period of last 5 (Five) years. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 10.0 (Ten) million. 5. Up-to-date ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and MID/AWWA/OIML R49 or Equivalent Certificate of proposed Water Meter of the Manufacturer must be attached. 6. Authorization /Dealership/ Sole Agent/ Distributor Certificate and Original Catalogue of the Manufacturer must be attached. 7. Tenderer must have to submit 4 (four) water flow meters of dia. 20 mm i.e: two plastice body meter and two brass body meter as sample to the office of the Deputy Managing Director (A&F), Khulna WASA, Khulna before 4:00 pm 1st October, 2026. Two sample will be tested at BUET and two sample will be tested at BCSIR laboratory according to the technical specification at the cost of the Supplier and the Test fee is not refundable. 8. Up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate & Nationality certificate should be attached.
Failure to submit any one document mentioned above in the tender document will cause of rejection or non- responsive of the tender.
