**Eligibility of Tenderer:**
Tenderer shall:
1. Have **minimum 05 years’ General & Specific Experience** in plantation/tree supply, landscaping, horticulture, nursery or similar activities.
2. Have successfully completed **at least one similar contract of minimum BDT 25.00 Crore during the last 5 years**, supported by satisfactory completion/performance certificate.
3. Have **sufficient own transport facilities** for execution of the Contract.
4. Have an **own operational nursery**, proven by ownership **Dalil** or valid lease agreement.
5. Have **minimum BDT 30.00 Crore financial capacity for FY 2025–2026**, proven by authenticated statement/certificate of **one bank account**.
6. Have **minimum 25 full-time paid staff**, supported by appropriate documentary evidence.
7. Have **dedicated office space of minimum 2,000 sq.ft.** for this assignment.
8. Have an **own/legally leased office maintained for at least 5 years** preceding the Tender Notice, supported by documentary evidence.
9. **JV/Consortium:** Eligible Tenderers may participate individually or as a **Joint Venture (JV)/Consortium**, including national-international JV, subject to the applicable **PPR 2025, World Bank Procurement Regulations (where applicable), approved procurement strategy and Tender Document**. Qualification shall be assessed in accordance with the applicable TDS/SBD.
10. All eligibility/qualification requirements are **subject to documentary verification** by the Procuring Entity and applicable procurement rules.
