1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor shall be 5 (Five) years.
2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor/Subcontractor/Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of Museum works/ Historical site restoration works and interior/modernization work successfully completed within the last 10 (ten) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 225 (Two Hundred and Twenty Five) Lac.
3) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk.190.00 (One Hundred & Ninety) lac over the last Three (3) financial years or best three (3) years in the last Ten (10) financial years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit facilities as PW2a-3 format of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 215.00 (Two Hundred and Fifteen) lac.
5) The minimum tender capacity shall be 240.00 (Two Hundred & Forty) lac. To calculate minimum tender capacity the tenderer must be submitted list of certified payment for ongoing or completed contract as e-PW2A-6 format under any public sector for the year in which maximum value of works performed within 5 years from tender publication date in e-GP portal.
6) The tenderers must possess up-to-date trade, VAT registration and Income TAX certificate
7) The tenderers must submit the necessary documents stated at TDS
