1) Trade License of current and previous two years. 2) Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate. 3) VAT Registration Certificate. 4) Finacial Solvency Certificate to be issued by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh. 5) Tenderer must have the capability to support anywhere in Bangladesh at District Level. 6) Tenderer must provide a self declaration that Machine /Parts will be replaced within 72 hours . 7) Tenderer must provide specific experience certificate as per TDS 8) Techinal Specification must be submitted by the tenderer as stated in the Tender Document section 6 under drawing .
