Mandatory Documents and Qualification Requirements

The Tenderer shall submit the following valid and applicable documents along with the Tender:

1. Up-to-date Trade Licence.
2. Valid VAT Registration Certificate/BIN.
3. Valid Income Tax Certificate/TIN, as applicable.
4. Recent Bank Solvency Certificate issued by a scheduled bank.
5. Line of Credit Certificate in prescribed PG3-8 format, where required.
6. Duly signed and notarized Affidavit/Declaration, where applicable.
7. Valid BSTI Licence/Certificate or relevant approval, where applicable.
8. Minimum 05 (five) years’ experience in supplying similar goods, supported by documentary evidence.
9. Valid Manufacturer’s Authorization Certificate, where applicable.
10. Citizenship Certificate and National Identity Card copy of the proprietor/authorized representative, where applicable.
11. A duly signed declaration confirming that the Tenderer has not been blacklisted, debarred, suspended or declared ineligible by any competent authority.

Failure to submit any mandatory document specifically required under the Tender Document/TDS, or submission of invalid, expired, false or misleading documents, may render the Tender non-responsive and liable for rejection in accordance with the applicable provisions of the PPR and the Tender Document.

Procurement of fortified Edible Oil (Soyabin Oil) for ration of Railway Police Dhaka (1st Quarter). FY-2026-2027 (01 July/2026 to 30 Sep/2026) (Re-Tender)

1) High quality Edible Soyabean Oil (in plastic cans) for the Financial Year 2026-2027 (1st Quarter) at Railway Police Dhaka Ration Store.
2) The edible soyabean oil (in plastic cans) of the accepted brand shal be supplied as per the sample of edible soybean oil (in plastic cans) kept at Railway Police Dhaka Ration Store. The required edible soybean oil (in plastic cans) as per the work order shal be delivered to Railway Police Dhaka Ration Store at its own cost and warehoused.
3) The Edible soyabean oil should be supplied in 0.500 liter (plastic can), 01liter (plastic can), 02 liter (plastic can),03 liter (plastic can), 05 liter (plastic can), ), 08 liter (plastic can) as per the demand of the authorities.
4) As per the instructions of Police Headquarters, the level of enrichment of BSTI approved edible soybean oil with Vitamin "A" wil be 15 to 30 ppm (Parts per milion) i.e. minimum 0.015 to maximum 0.030 mg of Vitamin A per gram of edible oil (0.015-0.030 mg/g) and the symbol "Shothik Pusti, Shustho Jibon" should be displayed on the container of edible oil. If the samples submitted under the tender and Random Sample at the time of acceptance are colected and sent to the Accredited Laboratory for testing, al expenses in this regard wil be borne by the tenderer.
5) Sample of Edible Soyabean oil (in plastic cans) must be submitted to Railway Police Dhaka Ration Store before the opening of the Tender.
