1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Epoxy Painting works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be three (03) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Epoxy painting works for Gas pipeline/Metering & Regulating Station/Chemical plant/Power plant/Storage tank/Industry/Ship/Vessel/Condensate pipeline under any government, semi-government or autonomous organization, that have been successfully completed of at least 01(One) contract(s) within the last five (5) years, each with not less than a value of Tk. 25,00,000.00 (Twenty-Five Lac); years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
3. The required experience shall be demonstrated in any of the above mentioned work through the successful completion 01 (one) nos. contract of described nature, complexity, and methods/technology. The completed services must be supported by customer's detailed address with Telephone number, Fax number & e-mail address. The related evidence must be submitted along with the tender.
4. The required average annual turnover under public/renowned private sector shall be greater than Tk 70,00,000.00 (Seventy Lac) over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) financial years.
5. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 20,00,000.00 (Tweenty Lac).
