Qualification Criteria--	The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of similarity of the contracts shall be based on the following: (i) at least one (01) contract for construction of building involving works of similar nature, complexity and construction technology, successfully completed within the last five (05) years, with a contract value of at least Tk. Eight Hundred (800) Lac; and (ii) at least one (01) contract involving the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Lift successfully completed within the last five (05) years each with a value of at least Tk. One Hundred & Seventy (170) Lac; and (iii) At least one (01) contract involving the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of sub-station successfully completed within the last five (05) years each with a value of at least Tk.
