All tenderers in Bangladesh registered in the National e-GP system who fulfill the qualification and other criteria as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & Particular Conditions of Contract (PCC) of the tender document.
The following conditions shall be taken into consideration:
1. The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within the schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason will not be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
2. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender, it will be corrected/included as per PPR-2025 and its amendment, and no claim in this regard will be entertained.
3. Other Criteria Laid Down in TDS/PCC
N.B: a) The tenderer shall maintain the highest ethics in providing qualification information and evidence for different aspects.
b) If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstructive practices of any kind is determined against any tenderer, then measures shall be taken as per ITT clause 3 of Standard Tender Document.
