1. Brand & Model: The specific brand name, model number, and country of origin must be explicitly mentioned in the offer. 2. Origin Certificate: A Certificate of Country of Manufacture must be submitted. 3. Product Labeling: The model number must be clearly marked on the body of the goods as a standard manufacturer label. 4. Product Catalogue: A detailed technical catalogue for each item must be supplied with the offer in the English language. 5. Specification Compliance: Bidders must clearly state all specifications individually against each item of the tender schedule. Generic or short terms like "As per Schedule" will not be accepted. 6. Delivery Certificate: A genuine goods delivery confirmation certificate from the Manufacturer must be provided at the time of material delivery. 7.
