The following conditions shall be considered: 1. All tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the employer may submit Tenders provided that they are qualified as per Qualification Criteria Specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document. 2. If the total qouted price is more less or more above than 10% (Ten percent) than the Engineer's Estimate, the tenderer shall submit item wise Rate Analysis with the tender through e-GP system.Other wise the tender shall not be considered for evaluation.
3. The tenderer must have his owned/leased asphalt plant. With the tender Document, tenderer shall have to submit location of Asphalt Plant which shall have to be located at such a distance from Kishoreganj Headquarters that Asphalt Material can readily be available at any time at the requisition of the Engineer-in- Charge. For leased asphalt plant Agreement must be mensioned Tender ID,Name of the Tender, Reference No.
Supply of Asphalt materials for repairing of different roads of Bhairab Road sub- Division under kishoreganj Road Division during the year 2026-2027.
