(a) This Invitation for Tenders is open to all Tenderers for open tendering.

(b) Tenderers shall have the legal capacity (not barred by Public Procurement Act or any other law(s) to sign the contract) to enter into the Contract under the Applicable law.

(c) Tenderers are not currently restrained due to suspension or debarred from participating in Public Procurement on grounds of fundamental breach of contract under any Contract.

(d) Tenderers shall have the following up-to-date valid license(s), issued by the corresponding competent authority.

(i) Up to date valid Trade License.

(ii) Up to date valid Income Tax clearance Certificate;

(iii) Up to date valid VAT Registration Certificate.
 

Procurement of Physical Services: Renting a Jeep.

(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer as Prime Service Provider/Sub Contractor shall be three (3) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper/e-GP Portal.

(b) The minimum specific experience as a Service Provider (Prime or Sub Contractor) in providing physical service of at least ONE contract of similar nature and complexity completed over a period of three (3) years with a value of at least of BDT 11.00 lakh shall be required. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper/e-GP Portal.

(c) The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least BDT 10.00 lakh shall be required over the last three financial years.

(d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT 5.00 lakh.
