This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below:
(A) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor Shall be 5 (Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(B) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in similar works under public sector at least one (1) contract of BDT 18.00 (Eighteen) Lakh in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(C) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 22.00 (Twenty Two) Lakh over the last five (5) financial years.
(D) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 20.00 (Twenty) Lakh.
(E)The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 18.00 (Eighteen) Lakh.
(F) The Tenderer must have up-to-date ABC category Contractor & Electrical Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board, up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate from the NBR with TIN, VAT Registration Certificate from the NBR, up to date valid Trade License.
(G) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in the Tender Data Sheet of tender documents.
