Eligibility of Tenderer :
Only local manufacturer who have industrial license of producing uPVC materials will be allowed to bid this tender.
Updated ISO standardization certificate of the Manufacturer must be submitted with the offer.
Manufacturer must have industrial Project registration license issued by the Board of investment Government of Bangladesh.
Five years over all Manufacturer experience certificate of those particular/respective materials enclosed with the offer.
The satisfactory completion of similar nature of goods (Supply of 250 mm uPVC Pipe & Fittings) with a minimum of Tk. 180.00 (One Hundred Eighty) Lakh only under a single contract in the last 05 (five) years.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk.170.00 One Hundred Seventy) Lakh at least in a single day not before 14-09-2026.
Tenderers who supplied uPVC materials at any office of BADC and did not correct the defects in time within the defect’s liability period are not eligible to participate in the tender.
Valid and updated Trade License, Income Tax Certificate, VAT Registration certificate and liquidity asset certificate from the scheduled bank should be submitted.
The Tenderers must have all other eligibilities mentioned in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & Terms and condition of tender.
The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/ design/ budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained.
Payment shall be made subject to the availability of funds. No claim in this regard will be entertained.
