The Tenderer shal submit with its Tender the folowing additional documents

(a) Copy of national identity card (NID);(b) Tenderer's Up-to-date Trade License;
(c) Tenderer's Up-to-date Income Tax Certificates (TIN);
(d) Tenderer's VAT Registration certificates (BIN);
(e) Copy of ownership certificate (An affidavit by Notary Public in Bangladesh on non-judicial stamp paper);
(f) Eligibility Declaration (Use Letter-head Pad);
(g) Litigation History (Use Letter-head Pad)
(h) Financial solvency certificate from any scheduled commercial bank;
(i) Certificate of Specific experience as edible oil (soyabean) supply;
(j) Tenderer's Authorization Letter (Use Letter-head Pad);
(k) Copy of the owner's power of attorney in case of representative and copy of the representative's NID must be attached;
(l) Other terms and conditions mentioned in the TDS must be fulfilled by the tenderer.
Special Note : The contractor must send the sample of Edible oil (soyabean) to the QM Section of 7 APBn, Sylhet by 11.00 AM on 24.09.2026.
