(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Service Provider/Sub Contractor shall be three (3) years. (b) The minimum specific experience as a Service Provider (Prime or Sub Contractor) in providing physical service under public sector of at least ONE contract of similar nature and complexity (i.e. Survey for cross country routes of Gas/Oil/powerTransmission line/water supply/Roads & Highhways/ Railway etc. which includes Detailed Digital Topographic and Physical feature survey for route alignment, Longitudinal & Cross-Sectional profile, Land Acquisition & Requisition Plan, Plot Schedule including collection of latest Mouza map, Khatian (Porcha) and preparation of necessary maps/drawings & reports etc.) completed over a period of last Five (5) years with a value of at least of BDT 14.00 (Fourteen) Lakh shall be required.
(c) The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer: at least of the amount of BDT 14.00 (Fourteen) Lakh over the last three (3) financial years
(d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT 15.00 (Fifteen) Lakh. (e) updated valid trade license. (f) Enlistment /Qualification Certificate for Survey work under Surveyor General of Bangladesh Survey Department. (g)Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent income tax authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year as mentioned in the TDS/Income tax certificate from NBR. (h) VAT registration certificate. (i) All other qualifications, Terms & Conditions described in Tender documents and Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
