Eligibility of Tenderer :

(i) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 05 years.[years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
(ii)The minimum Specific Experience Shall be at least One Similar work Order amounting to BDT 95.00 Lakh Lakh under any Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous organization only a single contract within the last 05 (Five) years.(Work completion certificate must be enclosed).
(iii)The Minimum Liquid Asset shall be fixed at BDT 60.00 Lakh.
(iv)The average Annual Construction Turnover shall be BDT 80.00 Lakh per year during the last 05 (Five) years, totaling BDT 400.00 lakh (80 X 5 =400.00 lakh).
(v) The Minimum Tender Capacity Shall be fixed at 80.00 Lakh. [calculation at IFT date.]

(vi) Others according to PPR-2025, TDS and PCC.
