1.Bidder must have updated valid Trade licence,TIN,BIN certificate.
2. The bidder must submit working presentation/design according to the consideration of Ruposhibangla Grand Ball Room and TDS
3. All gift items must be as like approve design with meterials. The bidder must submit the dummy sample otherwise the proposal will consider as nonresponsive.
4. Invitation Card must be as like approve design with meterials. The bidder must submit the dummy sample otherwise the proposal will consider as nonresponsive.
5. All prices of the bidders for items 23, 24, 25, 26 shall be as per the latest Government Circular No.-07.00.0000.172.33.012.13.125; Date: 27/05/2025. If any bidder offers a price lower than this for these items, that offer will be considered unacceptable. Any offer for a price higher than this for these items will also be considered unacceptable.
6. You are requested to contact the Procurement Entity for specifications and approved samples for items 16 to 22. The bidder must submit the dummy sample otherwise the proposal will consider as nonresponsive.
