The tenderer must submit the following documents:

1. Up to date Trade License of relevant work.
2. VAT/BIN Registration.
3. Up to date TAX Certificate/e-Return Acknowledgement.
4. NID Card.

Seed Transportation Service from DD (SP), BADC, Puran Bogura, Bogura to various destination in Bangladesh.

The bidder must submit the following documents:

1. General Experience: Minimum 3 years carrying experience certificate  of Seed/Food/Agricultural products under Last 5 years.
2. Specific Experience as a service provider in contracting of a nature similar to the proposed service of at least 2 contracts completed over a period of last 5 years with every contract value of at least BDT 25 lakh shall be required.
3. Minimum Liquid assets or Financial resource documents At least 75% of the quoted amount not less than 25 Lakh.
4. Minimum Average Annual turnover certificate BDT 20 Lakh under last 3 years.
5. Minimum 3 Own or Leased vehicle document (Truck/Covered Van), every vehicles carrying capacity minimum 15 ton.
6. Personnel Capacity: Minimum 1 assigned supervisor (educational qualification SSC/Equivalent) & 2 service provider/employee (educational qualification JSC/Equivalent) with minimum 3 years experiences documents (including Appointment, NID card & mobile number).
7. All other requirement must fill up As per TDS.

1. The Tender Evaluation Committee reserves the right to reject any tender if the quoted rates for individual route(s) are unreasonable, inconsistent or unrealistic.
2.  The successful bidder shall sign the contract for appointment as a seed transport contractor upon depositing a performance security equivalent to 10% of the quoted rate or at a rate determined by the Procuring Entity (PE).
3. The work order will be issued to the successful bidder after the approval from the headquarters.
4. The contractor shall be bound to transport the seeds along the designated routes in accordance with the schedule issued by the headquarters.
5. The contractor shall be obliged to transport any quantity of seeds along any route. No excuses will be accepted in this regard.
6. Trucks must be provided within two hours of a request made in writing, verbally, or via telephone. Failure to provide trucks on time will result in the deduction of a late penalty for every hour of delay, at the rates specified in the contract agrement and TDS provisions.
7. The unit rate must be submitted inclusive of loading and unloading charges, No additional payment will be made for loading and unloading charges.
8. The bill will be paid upon receipt of the invoice acknowledgment. No advance payment will be made.
9. All other requirement must fill up As per TDS.
