Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. Up-to-date Trade License. 2. Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate. 3. Up-to-date Valid VAT Registration Certificate With 13 digit BIN. 4. The tenderer must submit a Bank Statement Document showing that they have a minimum liquid asset of BDT=10 (Ten) Lakh. (N.B: Liquid Asset Document must be in between Publication Date and Opening Date). 5. A certificate stating that you are not blacklisted must be submitted. 6. Must have experience in supplying ration materials to the police department. 7. the bidder must have successfully completed at least 1 (one) similar contract for supply of ration items to the any units of bangladesh police. 8. The tenderer must have a minimum financial capacity of BDT =08 (Eight) Lac, which is sufficient to undertake the required supply. 9. Tenderer Must Submit a 01 (One) Kg Sample on the Opening Date Before the Opening Time. 10. The tender will follow PPR 2025. All terms are binding on bidders. 11. The quantity of any item mentioned in the tender may be increased or decreased as required, and the authority (PE) reserves the right to cancel any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
