Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Consultant :	As per TDS
Brief Description of assignment :	Transportation of quality seeds from designated seed production/processing centres, seed farms or storage locations to specified seed marketing zones/locations under BADC, including transportation, unloading and delivery of seeds safely within the stipulated time and as per the requirements of the Tender Document.
Experience, Resources and delivery capacity required :	The Tenderer shall have adequate experience in transportation of goods/seeds/agricultural inputs or similar services. The Tenderer shall possess or have access to adequate transportation facilities, including suitable trucks/covered vans/other appropriate vehicles, manpower and logistical arrangements required for safe and timely transportation and delivery of seeds to the designated destinations. The Tenderer shall have sufficient organizational and operational capacity to complete the assignment within the stipulated delivery period.
Other details (if applicable) :	The transportation service shall include loading, transportation, unloading and delivery of seeds at the designated destinations. The Tenderer shall ensure safe handling of seeds and timely delivery. All transportation-related costs, including fuel, driver/helper, toll, loading/unloading and other incidental expenses, shall be borne by the Tenderer unless otherwise specified in the Tender Document.
