Attention:
Only the following valid supporting documents should be submitted. If any unnecessary, unwanted, extra or illegal documents are submitted, the tender will be considered as rejected. In addition, other necessary information/conditions will be mentioned in the STD and PCC.
01.Tenderer shall have general experience in supplying providing manpower through the outsourcing system under any Bangladesh Governments Units within the last 01 years with good reputation (Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)
02. In accordance with Rule 7 of the Bangladesh Labour Rules, 2015, the service provider contracting agency must possess a valid registration and a renewed license issued by the Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments.
03. Satisfactory completion of similar nature of providing manpower through the outsourcing system work worth not less than Tk. 50(Fifty) Lakh only in a single work order in any Bangladesh Governments Units during last 03 years.
04. Tenderers must have liquid asset amounting TK. 50(Fifty) Lakh only in the form of PG2-5
05. Up-to date Trade License, up-to date Income Tax Clearance, up-to date VAT Registration Certificate, NID Certificate, Bank Solvency Certificate, Bank Transaction for last 03 month, Non Blacklisted and Bankrupt Certificate by Bank.
06. Bank Statement showing a minimum balance of BDT 80 Lakh. (Must be issued between the Tender Publication Date and the Tender Opening Date.)
07. Ownership Certificate of the Institution.
08. Priority will be given to the Harijan community in the procurement of cleaning services.
09. Income tax and vat will be cut as per the rules and regulations of the government. Bill will be paid after the alocation from the government.
