Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5(Five) years. b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 60 ( Sixty ) Lakh c) Tenderer must submit up to date Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, up to date Trade License , up to date abc EM license. d) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 50 ( Fifty) Lakh over the last 03 (Three) years... e) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 90 ( Ninety ) lakh f)The minimum tender capacity shall be: Tk 70 ( Seventy ) lakh.
