Experience and Qualifications Criteria:
1. The minimum of years of General experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be: minimum of three (3) years would be deemed reasonable; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
2. The minimum specific experience: Must have at least 03 (three) years of practical experience in transporting seeds/food grains in government/semi-government/autonomous organizations, with experience of completing relevant work worth at least BDT 1,50,00,000 (One Crore Fifty Lakh Taka) within the last 3 (three) years. and must have experience completing/transporting seeds/food grains worth at least BDT 1,00,00,000 (One Crore Taka) under a single work order/contract.
3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT 1,50,00,000 (One Crore Fifty Lakh Taka).
4. The transport company/contractor must own at least 17 trucks, each with a carrying capacity of 10–20 metric tons, and attach valid registration documents. Authorization/delegated arrangements will not be accepted.
5. Updated Trade License, VAT / BIN Certificate, Updated Tax Certificate.
