The following documents must be submitted along with the submitted documents. Otherwise, the tender will be considered as cancelled.
1. Valid Trade License.
2. Updated BIN (VAT Registration) Certificate and Latest Income Tax Return Certificate/Acknowledgement.
3. National ID of the proprietor/authorized representative.
4. Ownership Certificate of the Institution.
5. Declaration of Non-Blacklisted Certificate.
6. Experience Certificate.
7. Sample Signature.
8. Bank Solvency Certificate.
9. Vehicle Registration Certificate, Valid Fitness Certificate, Tax Token, Insurance Certificate, Route Permit (if applicable).
10. Valid Driving License of the proposed driver.
11. Authorization Letter/Power of Attorney (if applicable).
12. The bidder shall submit an undertaking on his own pad in the form specified in the tender document stating that he will not engage in any corruption, fraud, conspiracy, coercion or obstruction of justice as mentioned in Section 64 of the Act.
13. And mention in TDS, PCC and GCC.
14. All goods/services/repairs will be procured as and when required through call of orders under the framework agreement. Bills will be paid upon satisfactory delivery.

Experience, Resources and
delivery capacity required : |
1. Fleet & Vehicle Specifications: The Tenderer must own or have legally binding access to Jeep Vehicle that strictly meet the following criteria:
- Vehicle Type & Capacity: As per Price Schedule. (1) AC Jeep Vehicle preferably, [Five or Seven-seater], Nissan X-Trail Hybrid. Engine Capacity: 1800-2000 CC, Colour: Pearl White or Silver.
- Model/Manufacturing Year: Show-room condition, manufactured in the year [2015-17].
- Physical Condition: Jeep Vehicle Fully air-conditioned (Dual AC), excellent running condition, clean interiors, and free from structural damages.
- Legal Fitness & Documents: All Vehicle 100% up-to-date and valid BRTA Registration (Blue Book), Fitness Certificate, Tax Token, Route Permit, and Comprehensive Insurance.
- Mandatory Proof: Scanned copies of all valid BRTA documents. If hired, a legally executed Lease/Hiring Agreement must be attached.
2. Personnel (Driver) Specifications: The assigned drivers must meet the following mandatory human resource standards:
- Licensing: Drivers shall hold a valid BRTA Professional Driving License (Medium/Heavy category).
- Experience: Minimum [5] years of active driving experience with a clean driving record (no major accidents or traffic criminal history).
- Educational Qualification: The driver must have passed at least the SSC (Secondary School Certificate) examination.
- Code of Conduct: Drivers must be punctual, well-behaved, properly uniformed, and carry a functional mobile phone at all times.

1. Service Availability & Response Time
• Operating Hours: The Jeep with drivers must be available as directed by the Authority/User.
• Emergency Standby: In case of sudden breakdown, accident, or driver absence, the supplier must provide an equivalent or better substitute vehicle and driver within [1] hour at no additional cost.
2. Maintenance, Fuel & Liabilities:
• Operational Expenses: All costs related to regular servicing, major/minor repairs, lubricants, engine oil, tires, and driver salaries shall be borne entirely by the Service Provider.
• Fuel Responsibility: Fuel (Diesel/Octane/CNG, as applicable) shall be supplied by Kurigram Agricultural University. The contractor shall not claim any payment for fuel.
• Legal Liabilities: The Service Provider shall remain fully liable for any traffic violations, fines, tolls, accidents, or third-party liabilities incurred during the service period.
3. Management & Support:
• The Tenderer must assign a dedicated Logistics Coordinator/Supervisor who will be accessible 24/7 to handle urgent routing adjustments, emergency vehicle replacements, or tracking complaints from the office.
