Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	Tenderers shal meet the qualification requirements as specified in the TDS. The key qualification criteria include, but are not limited to, the folowing: 1. Submission of certified photocopies of an up-to-date or valid Trade License, and VAT Registration Number/Business Identification Number. 2. Submission of Tax Return Acknowledgement Receipt for FY 2025–2026. 3. Submission of credit line facility/liquid assets certificate according to PPR format. Amount of liquid assets is TK. 47,20,000.00 (Fourty seven lakhs and twenty thousand taka only). 4. Must have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of general experience in the supply of electrical equipment. 5. Must have completed the supply of electrical equipment in the public or private sector with a cumulative value of at least BDT 42,00,000.00 (Fourty two lakhs taka only) under a maximum of two contracts during the last 5 (five) years. 6. The Tenderer shall submit a valid Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter, issued by the manufacturer/principal/authorized distributor for the offered products specified in the technical specifications, in the prescribed PPR format. 7. World Bank Anticorruption Guidelines and Sanctions Framework (Attachments: A1, A2, A3) and signed Technical Specifications have been uploaded in Section 6 (Drawings) of the e-GP system. Required attachments should be signed and uploaded by al bidders as part of the e-tender document. 8. The Supplier shall provide a product brochure during tender submission and upon delivery. The specifications stated in the brochure must conform to the required technical specifications and be verifiable through the authorized distributor’s official channels and the manufacturer’s official website.
