-Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
-Valid VAT Registration Certificate Up to date 13 digit BIN
-Up-to-date Trade License.
-The tenderer must submit a Liquid Asset Document showing that they have a minimum liquid asset of BDT 38 Lac (N.B: Liquid Asset Document must be in between Publication Date and Opening Date)
-Certificate of three years of ration work experience from any Government department.
- Within the last 3 (three) years, the bidder must have successfully completed at least 1 (one) similar supply contract of any ration item. The total value of the completed contract must be at least 28 Lac Taka.
-The tender will follow PPR 2025. All terms are binding on bidders.
-The quantity of any item mentioned in the tender may be increased or decreased as required, and the authority reserves the right to cancel any or all tenders without assigning any reason.

-A certificate stating that you are not blacklisted must be submitted.

-Small, uniform grains (min. 600/10 g), yellow–red orange, dehusked, clean and properly dried; cooks in 10–20 minutes with pleasant aroma. Packed in 0.12 mm transparent polybags (2kg, 3.5kg, 4kg, 5.5 kg) with weight, production & expiry date printed. Each bidder must submit a 500 g sample of lentils in a sealed transparent plastic jar mentioning the organization’s name before opening.
