Eligibility of Tenderer :	The tenderer shall have the following qualifying and other eligibility criteria stated in the TDS & PCC. a)The minimum general experience of the tenderer in the supply of goods and related services shall be a minimum 01 (One) years. b)The minimum specific experience of the tenderer in the supply of similar goods under at least 1 (one) contract with a value of at least Tk. 6 (Six) lac at any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous body/Renowned private organization successfully completed in a financial year within the last 5 (Five) years. c)The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk. 10 (Ten) lac. (Format from standard tender document must be followed) d)Up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate. g)Manufacturer Authorization letter is required for specific item/s. h)The supplier shall carry out the installation and configuration of all accessories. k)SPM office reserves the right to disqualify any tenderer due to intentional rate quoting/front loading. N.B: Tenderers are advised to submit only the documents requested , as additional or unsolicited submissions may delay the evaluation process.
