a. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 3 (Three) years.
b. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 contract of repair, maintenance or servicing work of air cooler or similar nature work successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk.9,00,000.00 (Nine Lakh).
c. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk.8,00,000.00 (Eight Lakh) over the last 3 (Three) financial years or best 3 (Three) years in the last 5 (Five) financial years.
d. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 8,00,000.00 (Eight Lakh).
e. The minimum capacity shall be: 10,00,000.00 (Ten Lakh).
f. Valid Up-To-Date Trade License, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate;
g. ABC Category "Electrical Supervisor License" issued from Electricity Licensing Board, Bangladesh;
h. ABC Category "Electrical Contractor License" issued from Electricity Licensing Board, Bangladesh;
i. Authorization Letter confirming the signatory (with NID) of the Tenderer from Organization shall be required.
