Eligibility of Tenderer :	All tenderers who have been invited to submit their tenders shall submit the following documents at the time of tender submission: 1. Valid Trade License, In case of Limited company, the certificate of Incorporation; 2. TIN Certificate; 3. VAT Registration Certificate; 4. Bank solvency Certificate not older than 3(three) months of bid document selling; 5. Income Tax Clearance Certificate for/Return Submission receipt; 6. Minimum 02 (Two) copy of completion certificate from any government Organizations /Banks/ Financial Institutions on similar type of supply & related services; 7. Scanned copies/Samples of previously printed Wall Calendars and Notebooks as evidence of the Tenderer’s capability and experience to successfully complete the required work 8. Press declaration letter by Govt. officer of Govt. of Bangladesh. 9. Certificate of membership from the society of printing Industry 10. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 years.
