1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of Museum works/ Shilpakla or Culture related display and exhibition gallery construction works/ Historical site restoration works within the last 10 (ten) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 210 (Two Hundred & Ten) Lac.
3) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk.190.00 (One Hundred & Ninety) lac over the last 03 (three) financial years or best 03 (three) years in the last 10 (Ten) financial years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4)The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 220.00 (Two Hundred & Twenty) lac.
5) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 240.00 (Two Hundred & Forty) lac. To calculate minimum tender capacity the tenderer must be submitted list of certified payment for ongoing or completed contract as e-PW2A-6 format under any public sector for the year in which maximum value of works performed within 5 years from tender publication date in e-GP portal.
6) The tenderers must possess up-to-date trade, VAT registration and Income TAX certificate
7) The tenderers must submit the necessary documents stated at TDS
