Eligibility of Consultant :	1. Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the contract under the applicable law; 2. Tenderer shall have updated Trade License, Tax Identification Number (TIN), updated Taxpaying certificate,VAT registration certificate, and Updated License from Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE); 3. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector shall be 03 (Three) years; 4. The minimum specific experience as Service Provider in providing service personnel of at least ONE contract of similar nature and complexity completed over a period of 05 (Five) years with a value of at least of Tk 35,00,000 (Thirty Five Lac) shall be required.; 5. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk 18,00,000 (Eighteen Lac) over the last three financial years; 6. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 15,00,000 (Fifteen Lac); 7.Tenderer shall have Other Qualifications as per the Tender Document.
Brief Description of assignment :	Procurement of the Service of 14 Outsourcing Manpower (Security Guard-14 Personnel and Cleaner-7 Personnel) for 01 (One) Year for Offices of the Department of Environment located in different Divisions, Districts and Head Office.
