1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 6 years.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (ICT/Scientific Equipments) of at least one contract successfully completed within the last 6 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 10600000 (One crore six lac).
3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 14500000 (One crore forty five lac).

5. Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent income tax authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year (2023-2024).
6. Value Added Tax registration certificate/ Business Identification Number.
7. Updated trade license
8. Product catalogue
9. Warranty declaration document (one year)
10. Document of decleration of providing training. (Training required by the manufacturer's representative/technical person for three days on Automated Scanner Machine).
11. The required information regarding claims under litigation shall be current or during the last 5 years.
12. Manufacturer’s Authorization is required only for the following items listed in Technical Specification. (Automated Scanner Machine)
13. The required reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and audited balance sheet shall be for the past two years.
14. The amount of the Tender Security shall be as per tender notice in favour of PE.
