Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. Up-dated trade licence of the bidder. 2. Up-dated Vat Registration Certificate of the bidder 3. Up to date TIN Certificate. 4. Updated BS/ISO-9001 & 14001 standardization certificates of the manufacturer of goods. 5. Manufacturer's catalogue/Brochures of manufacturer (as specified in Special terms and conditions of tender specification) for the bidding materials. 6. Warranty certificate of the bidder. The bidder must replace any defective material during the warranty period with free of cost. 7. If the bidder is not the manufacturer, authorization letter from the manufacturer must be submitted with the tender. 8. Audit Report with DVC (Document Verification Code) of last 3 (Three) years Must be Submit along with offer. 9. The Tenderer who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in supply of Goods 10. The Tenderer have experience in similar work(2 cusec pumps and 20 hp Horizontal motors) with a value of Tk. 40.00 (Forty) Lakhs under a single contract in any reputed govt/semi-govt/autonomous(govt) within the last 5 (Five) years are eligible for this tender. 11.The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 40.00 (Forty) lakhs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. 12. 100 hours satisfactory test certificate should be submitted for the offered motor from BUET/MIST. 13. The Tenderer must submit all the required papers and documents to proof their eligibility as per tender documents (including Technical specifications and Special terms and conditions). 14. The bidder must submit a sample of 5 Cusec Centrifugal motor with pump One (01) set on 06.10.2026 within 4:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer, BADC, Habiganj.
