a) Tenderer must be registered in the e-GP portal through BPPA along with valid and updated Trade License, VAT Registration,TIN certificate and National ID card. b) Tenderer must be submitted all the documents freshly (without corrupted/blured/distorted). If evaluation committee could be unable to open the file (corrupted) or can't visually read the data, that/thosefile(s) will be rejected. c) VAT & IT will be deducted as per the prevailing government rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard. No additional claims will be allowed. d) Contractor should arrange land on his own if needed. He should also follow latest govt rules/acts etc regarding insurance policy of work. e) A detailed list of work in hand/on-going works duly signed by the tenderer must be submitted. f) If any kind of obstacles/structures is needed to dismantle to execute the work as per design and specification the tenderer will doit at his/her own cost. No extra claim will beentertained in this regard. g) Quantity and quality of work will be checked by BWDB's Task Force or any other competent authority. h) Photos and videos, sometimes drone videos must have to be taken by the contractor at a different angle during pre-work and post-work measurement andsubmitted to the PE. No extra claim will be entertainedin this regard. i) All other criteria stated in the tender document. j) Payment will be made upon availability of budget/fund. No claim will be allowed. k) Continuation of work could not be hampered by the bidder showing the cause of insufficient Budget Provision & Fund Allocation. l) The work of the package may be totally dropped, decreased or increased as per field condition/design/administrativeapproval /budget allocation. No claim will be entertained in this regard.
