1. The tenderer must be a manufacturer or the authorized sole Bangladeshi representative of a foreign manufacturer. Authorization letter from any dealer/trading house will not be accepted.
2. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of general experience in the supply of goods & related services.
3. The tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of three-phase submersible pump-motor sets of minimum Tk. 3.55 Crore under maximum 02 (two) contracts in the last 05 (five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization, completed as per PPR-2008/2025 and having Tender ID along with work order. Otherwise, it will not be accepted.
4. In all cases, the experience/completion certificate issuing officer shall not be below the rank of an Executive Engineer (or equivalent) & years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
5. The tenderer shall have a valid ISO 9001:2015 (or updated) certificate in case of the tenderer is an authorized representative of the manufacturer. The manufacturer shall have valid ISO 9001:2015 (or updated) & ISO 14001:2015 (or updated) certificate.
6. The tenderer shall submit samples of each item as per Annexure-B, 3.1.1 along with factory test report to Regional Store, BMDA, Rajshahi. The receipt of sample and factory test report shall be uploaded along with the tender. Without the samples, the proposal will not be considered for evaluation.
7. Tenderer must have financial solvency amounting Tk. 3.00 Crore for supplying goods and related services.
8. Tenderer shall have valid & updated trade license, updated income tax clearance certificate, vat registration certificate, TIN, BIN and financial solvency certificate.
