Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. Tenderers must have a valid and up-to-date Trade License, latest Income Tax Certificate, valid e-TIN Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Bank Solvency Certificate, Nationality Certificate, and Authorization Letter. 2.The Tenderer shall possess the legal capacity to enter into the Contract in accordance with applicable law. 3.The Tenderer must have experience in successfully completing at least 1 (one) similar nature of work (i.e., Coal Tar Epoxy/Protective Chemical Coating/Paint Application on Clarifiers, Tanks, Filters, or other Structures) in BPDB within the last 3 (three) years; otherwise, the tender shall be treated as non-responsive. 4. The Tenderer must submit an End User Certificate / Completion as proof of similar work experience; otherwise, the tender shall be treated as non-responsive. 5. Tenderers must submit a written commitment/undertaking on their letterhead that they are committed to start and execute the work at any time as per the requirement and instructions of the purchaser. 6. Tenderers must comply with all requirements and technical specifications specified in the TDS (Tender Data Sheet) and PCC (Particular Conditions of Contract). 7. Tenderers shall provide evidence of their continued eligibility satisfactory to the Procuring Entity, as the Procuring Entity may reasonably request.
Brief Description of Works :	Chemical treatment by Coal tar epoxy / paint for the smooth operation of the Clarifiers of the Bibiyana-3, 400 MW CCPP, Habiganj Tender will execute the work by painting ang repaining of Clarifiers, CMB, N-pit and other tanks and filters. Tenderer will arrange all the necessary equipment and auxiliaries by themselves only.
