Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below: 1. The minimum of years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of Goods & related services as supplier shall be 05 (Five) years. 2. Specific experience in satisfactory completion of the supply of similar nature goods (Acoustic, Stage Light & Sound System) in a single contract with a minimum value of Taka 200.00 (Two Hundred) lac under public sector within the last 05 (Five) years from the date of IFT. 3. The minimum amount of liquid assets of the tenderer shall be Taka 250.00 (Two Hundred & Fifty) lac in the form of a letter of commitment for bank's undertaking for line of credit (Form e-PG3-8) without alteration issued in between IFT publication date and opening date. 4.Manufacturer’s Authorization letter for Acoustic, Air Conditioning, Stage Light & Sound System (Form ePG3-6) from the Manufacturer shall be submitted. 5. Technical Proposal & Marked Catalogue of above items sealed & signed by the Tenderer shall be submitted. 6. The Tenderer shall submit a valid supply/production capacity certificate for Acoustic, Air Conditioning, Stage Light & Sound System, issued by the Manufacturer or an Authorized Authority. 7. The Tenderer shall submit a site visit report, duly certified and counter-signed by the concerned authority, along with the tender submission. 8. Up-to-date valid ABC category Contractor & Electrical Supervisory License (FY 2026-27). 9. The intending Tenderer must enclose valid VAT & TIN Registration Certificate, up-to-date Trade License & up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate. 10. All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & Section-6 of e-tender documents must be fulfilled.
