1. The minimum general experience of the tenderer in supplying of software and related services as supplier shall be 7 years. (supported by trade license)

2. The contractor must have minimum experience in file scanning/  processed digital data/ data archiving to any PE as prime contractor worth value of at least Tk.15,00,000/-(Fifteen Lakh ) under single contract successfully completed within the last 3 years in a govt/ semi-govt/ autonomous organization. (supported by completion certificate)

3. The contractor must have minimum experience in file storage / cloud hosting/ FTP server configuration  to any PE as prime contractor completed within the last 3 years in a govt/ semi-govt/ autonomous/ international organization. (supported by completion certificate)

4. The minimum amount of liquid asset supported by bank solvency certificate or credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk.20,00,000/ (Twenty Lac).

5. Tenderer must submit NID (proprietor/MD/partners), 13 digit VAT registration number, valid trade license and tax return acknowledgement/certificate of assessment year 2024-25 or 2025-26. N. B: Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-gp system.

6. Must have a BASIS membership.

1. Digital archiving through scanning of customer Files of Chandpur Area of 19,488 customer files.

2.  A customized apps for scanning tasks will be developed / may be customized/ integreted to the existing software.

3. The file scanning works is to be pefromed at  BGDCL respected Offices i.e. Debiddar and Laksham.

3. There must be a Project Manager with a data entry team of at least 20 members. 

4.  An Apps must be developed for  govt/ semi-govt/ autonomous/ international organization. and stored in App store/google store. 

5. The Tenderer shall possess a valid ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Information Security Management System (ISMS) Certification/ CIPM / certificate related Information Security Systems/  Data Security or having Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) included its payroll system. 

6. The Tenderer shall have adequate qualified manpower for project management, software development, database management, scanning/indexing, QA/QC and technical support.

1. Source Code of the Developed Apps must be submitted to BGDCL.

2. Softcopy (pdf) of the Scanned files will be stored in separate folder and directly stored in the BGDCL server.

3. Job Location: Debiddar and Laksham upazilla under Cumilla District.

4. The vendor will supply manpower with mobile phones (user level only), stand  and standard SIM only.
5. An additional supervisor/ project manager has to assign full-time for the project period in Debiddar and Laksham area.
