1. Tenderers shall have the up-to-date valid Trade license(s).

2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years.[Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT on the e-GP portal].

3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least ONE contract of similar nature and complexity i.e., Oil/Gas Pipeline Cathodic Protection (CP) system installation/operation/maintenance/development works, CP related survey etc. as described in section 7.0 & 8.0 of tender document] successfully completed within the last 10 (Ten) years with a value of at least 44.00 (Forty-Four) Lakh. 4. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 38.00 (Thirty-Eight) Lakh. over the last 3 financial years or best 3 (Three) financial years in the last 5 (five) financial years; [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT on the e-GP portal].

5. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid assets or working capital or Credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderer’s shall be Tk. 23.00 (Twenty Three) Lakh.

6. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 46.00 (Forty-Six) Lakh.

7. Tender security shall be deposited in favour of "Gas Transmission Company Limited".
