Eligibility of Tenderer :

01. Tenderer must hire the Floating Dock of BIWTA at Shyampur for the docking of the pontoon and submit the required letter from competent authority (Superintending Engineer (Dock), Mechanical & Marine Engineering Department) of BIWTA for the purpose of using the floating dock.

02.The Tenderer must be an owner of a dockyard/shipyard/workshop.

03.The Tenderer must have NOC as a Dockyard/Shipyard issued by the Department of Shipping (DoS), Bangladesh, for submitting the tender as a Dockyard/Shipyard.

04. The Tenderer must have valid Foreshore License in respect of the dockyard/shipyard.

05. The Tenderer must possess a valid Trade License for the relevant business type.
